Day 1st :- Arrival Leh (Alt: 11500 / 3505 M) - Acclimatization/ Orientation.
Leh - Excursion To Sham Valley (35- 40 Kms One Way 4-5hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards western part of Ladakh along the Indus river on Leh – Srinagar highway. And start sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum founded by India Army) near Leh, it is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib founded in 15 th century, Nestled deep in the Himalayas, drive ahead another 5 km for Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River (Rafting). After visiting above places we drive back to Leh enroute visiting Spituk Monastery, Built in 11th century during the region of Gragspa ‘Bum-lde, the monastery use to follow Kadampa school of Buddhism until 15 th century where Gelukpa school of buddhism was started and still in practice with Gelukpa order.

Day 2nd :- Leh- Khardongla - Nubra Valley / 125 Kms / 4-5 Hours.
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, popularly known as Dorma or 'the valley of flowers' driving across Khardong- la (alt: 18,380 ft.), highest motorable pass in the world. Nubra Valley lies between the Karakoram & Ladakh ranges at an average altitude of 10,000 ft. Till closure of the trans-Karakoram trade route by the Chinese in 1949, Nubra Valley was a busy trade corridor on the Central Asian trade route.Reach Deskit / Hunder in the afternoon and explore the area and the white Sand Dunes where you can also take a short camel Safari on the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional service).

Day 3rd :- Nubra Valley – Shayok- Pangong / 125 Kms / 4 - 5 Hours.
After breakfast, explore Deskit (headquarters of Nubra valley) and then drive up the hillside to visit the 15 th century Deskit Monastery dramatically located on a rock promontory overlooking the valley. You can visit the gigantic image of Maitreya Buddha (32 mtrs) seated out on a hillock which was installed in 2010. Later drive towards Pangong via Shayok, reaching in the afternoon. Pangong Lake (alt:14,500ft.), largest brackish water lake of Asia, is 4- 5kms wide and about 135kms long of which about two-third portion lies on the other side of the Indo-China border. Explore the beauty of lake and later we drive back to Leh via Chang-la, (alt: 17370 ft./5486 meters - 3 rd highest motorable pass in the world)

The main attraction here is the museum displaying the priceless collections of art & artefacts of the royal family and the 17 th century Hemis Monastery, biggest monastery and principal seat of the Drukpa-Kargyut monastic order in the Ladakh region. Later drive back to Leh & visit Shanti Stupa built by Japanese monks to promote world peace, a prominent landmark perched upon a hillock commanding panoramic views of the valley then visit Leh Palace which was built in the 17 th century in the grand tradition of Tibetan architecture. After breakfast drive to visit Panamik a beautiful scenic village in the nubra valley and famous for its hot springs. The Panamik is the last destination for tourists travelling across Ladakh. The hot water springs of Panamik are enriched with a high amount of Sulphur. A dip in these Sulphur hot springs is believed to cure various health ailments. Owing to tha health benefits of these hot springs, the Panamik village is visited daily by the people from neighbouring villages. Enroute visit the Samstanling monastery

Post breakfast, we will drive to Zingchen from Leh. Take a quick break at Zingchen and get ready to trek to Rumbak. Through gradual ascends, we will make our way up to Rumbak. While trekking to Rumbak, we will also continue to look for the Snow Leopard. Our guides will help you understand the signs.

Day 8th :- Leh Local

After early breakfast drive down the Indus Valley on a tour of the Lamayuru circuit, famous for the dramatically located Lamayuru monastery one of the oldest monastery and the adjoining ‘Moonland’ features. The main sanctum of the monastery has a cave where Mahasiddha Naropa meditated for years. After sightseeing and lunch there, retrace the Leh route till Uleytokpo (60 kms.) and check into Camp at Uley .

Day 3rd :- Uleytokpo–leh
After breakfast drive towards Leh, enroute visiting the 11th century Alchi Choskor, oldest surviving monastic heritage of Ladakh- a UNESCO listed heritage site. Day 4th :-Leh- Khardongla - Nubra Valley / 125 Kms / 4-5 Hours.
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, popularly known as Dorma or 'the valley of flowers' driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft.), highest motorable pass in the world. Nubra Valley lies between the Karakoram & Ladakh ranges at an average altitude of 10,000 ft. Till closure of the trans-Karakoram trade route by the Chinese in 1949, Nubra Valley was a busy trade corridor on the Central Asian trade route.Reach Deskit / Hunder in the afternoon and explore the area and the white Sand Dunes where you can also take a short camel Safari on the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional service).

Day 5th :-Nubra Valley – Shayok- Pangong / 125 Kms / 4 - 5 Hours.
After breakfast, explore Deskit (headquarters of Nubra valley) and then drive up the hillside to visit the 15 th century Deskit Monastery dramatically located on a rock promontory overlooking the valley. You can visit the gigantic image of Maitreya Buddha (32 mtrs) seated out on a hillock which was installed in 2010. Later drive towards Pangong via Shayok, reaching in the afternoon. Pangong Lake (alt:14,500ft.), largest brackish water lake of Asia, is 4-5kms wide and about 135kms long of which about two-third portion lies on the other side of the Indo-China border.

Day 6th :- Pangong To Tsmoriri.
After breakfast drive towards Tsmoriri Lake via Tsaga-La. Tso-moriri also known as ‘Mountain Lake’ (28km long & about 8km wide) is the breeding ground of many migratory birds including the rare bar-headed geese.

Day 7th :- Tsomoriri-tsokar-taglangla (17582 Ft.) – Leh. Approx 200 Kms.
After breakfast retrace the route down to Puga Sumdo and then follow the road across the Polokongka Pass (4920 mtrs) to visit Tsokar Lake, a salt lake system in the Rupsho plateau which is home of the Changpa nomads and support many rare wild life species. After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road to return to Leh, crossing Taglang-la (alt: 17,585ft).

Day 8th :- Depart Leh (Fly Out).
Today, bid farewell to your tour, as you are transferred to the airport in Leh for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Leh-Ladakh.

Day 1st :- Arrival Leh (Alt: 11500 / 3505 M) - Acclimatization/ Orientation.
Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport one of the world highest operated airport in the world at 3500 mtr above sea level . On a clear day from one side of the aircraft one can see the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft is the Nun Kun in Zanskar valley, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it. Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize followed by Welcome tea or Coffee at the Hotel Ladakh Himalayan Retreat (LHR).

Day 2nd :- Leh - Excursion To Sham Valley (35- 40 Kms One Way 4-5hrs)
After breakfast drive towards western part of Ladakh along the Indus river on Leh – Srinagar highway. And start sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum founded by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib founded in 15 th century, Nestled deep in the Himalayas, drive ahead another 5 km for Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River. After visiting above places we drive back to Leh enroute visiting Spituk Monastery, Built in 11th century during the region of Gragspa ‘Bum-lde, the monastery use to follow Kadampa school of Buddhism until 15 th century where Gelukpa school of buddhism was started and still in practice with Gelukpa order. Overnight at LHR. Afternoon drive to visit Stok Palace mesuem, Hemis monastery later visit Shanti Stupa built by Japanese monks to promote world peace, a prominent landmark perched upon a hillock commanding panoramic views of the valley then visit Leh Palace which was built in the 17 th century in the grand tradition of Tibetan architecture. After Reaching Nubra leave for Turtuk Turtuk is located on the banks of the Shayok River. Geographically, the village is in the Baltistan region, which has been under, Pakistani administration except for five villages of the Turtuk block which are part of India. These villages form the only region in India populated byBalti people. Turtuk is known for its varieties of fruits, especially apricots Turtuk was under Pakistan control until thewar of 1971. when the India captured the village. It s the last outpost of India's Ladakh. After breakfast drive towards HANLAY via Tsaga la pass “The Indian Astronomical Observatory (IAO) is a high-altitude astronomy station located in Hanle, India and operated by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics. Situated in the Western Himalayas at an elevation of 4,500 meters (14,764 ft), the IAO is one of the world's highest located sitesfor optical, infrared and gamma-ray telescopes. [1] It is currently the tenth (see List of highest astronomical observatories) highest optical telescope in the world. It is India's first dark-sky preserve. [2] The Indian Astronomical Observatory stands on Mt. Saraswati, Digpa-ratsa Ri, Hanle in south-eastern Ladakh union territory of India. [3] Accessing the observatory, located near the Chinese border (Line of Actual Control), requires a 250 km long ten- hour drive from Leh city, the headquarter of Leh district. [4] Nyoma, 75 km northwest from Hanle, has an Indian military airbase. [5]

Day 6th :-Hanlay To Leh:
After breakfast retrace the route down to Sumda via Loma bridge reaching Leh in the afternoon.
